Enable GUI support for 2D simulations

The gtk GUI currently only allows for 3D simulations. The GUI should switch to a 2D display when the model defines a 2D Space.

spartacus now supports a 2D view. The only problem is that the aspects ratio allways follows the ratio of the window. It should be fixed and given by the ration of the space...
